GHEC 2027 will be held in the Philippines, at the SMX Aura Convention Center. The conference will open on Wednesday, March 3rd with a unique cultural event, followed by 3 days of full programming Thursday — Saturday and an evening closing reception. Full program details will be available soon.
About
The GHEC Global Conference is a gathering of the international home education community, and has four main objectives:
- Build leadership capacity
- Strengthen relationships
- Expand global influence
- Advance home education freedom in the host country and region
To achieve this, GHEX targets a number of audiences relevant to policy, research, and leadership around homeschooling, as well as those families who are practicing homeschooling.

The GHEC Conference is designed to impact four audiences:

- Researchers
- Families
This is so the program can reach those building and advancing homeschooling in their nations, those shaping laws and regulations, those conducting home education related research, and families living out home education daily.
Location
The main program will be held at the SMX Aura Convention Center. Our Conference Team is currently exploring various lodging options and group rates within walking distance to the hotel.
